Peak Partners is seeking a part-time Business Development professional who thrives in relationship-driven environments and is energized by being out in the market—building connections, representing the company, and driving new opportunities. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from networking and pipeline development to managing CRM activity and supporting overall sales strategy. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Relationship Building Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements Proactively build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners Identify and pursue new business opportunities through both outbound efforts and warm introductions Sales Strategy & Execution Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with growth goals Track and manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through close Marketing & Brand Support Assist in the creation and refinement of marketing materials, including presentations, outreach content, and collateral Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (contacts, opportunities, activity tracking) Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities Analyze pipeline data to identify trends and improve conversion rates Qualifications Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business Strong presence and comfort in networking environments Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach What Success Looks Like Consistent generation of qualified opportunities Strong and growing network within target industries Well-maintained CRM with clear visibility into pipeline and forecasts Contribution to overall revenue growth and market presence If you think you have the qualifications stated above and are interested in exploring a new opportunity with a well-established and friendly recruiting team, we will welcome the chance to review your resume and talk further #J-18808-Ljbffr
