Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will work directly with the senior Director of Customer Experience and Digital and Marketing Directors to drive a customer relationship survey targeting our strategic accounts and support the global marketing team on solution messaging buildup and related activities. This internship will be based on-site at our main office located in Chicago, Deer Park, and includes learning professional skills, implementing process improvement practices, building business acumen, receiving feedback, and networking opportunities with a global team. Responsibilities Drive the planning, development and execution of a first-of-its-kind NPS Relationship Survey targeting North American HSE (Health System Executive) accounts. Develop processes and marketing collaterals for our digital platforms, including content for tradeshows and other marketing events. Submit and track progress on marketing literature improvements. Qualifications Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or biology (Junior or Senior). Experience working with technical documents and/or generating promotional flyers. Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail on projects. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Minimal travel may be required. Preferred Experience Experience with AI tools related to Google Analytics. Experience working within a cross‑functional team environment. Experience working on improvement projects and in building robust processes.
