Overview Our client, an industry-leading international law firm, is seeking a Global Head of Business Development .
Who You Are Senior business development and marketing leader with at least 15 years of experience in a law firm environment
Comfortable shaping strategy with senior partners, executives, and board-level stakeholders
Highly client-focused, motivated by improving relationship quality and commercial outcomes
Strong communicator able to influence, present, and sell ideas at the most senior levels
Demonstrates strong judgment in ambiguous situations and manages organizational risk
Proven manager and mentor of senior-level business development professionals
Organized and resilient, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Prior experience in sector- or industry-led models is preferred
What You’ll Do Lead a global team of sector-focused business development leaders across multiple regions
Partner with firm leadership to evolve the strategic role of sectors in the business
Shape and execute a firmwide sector go-to-market approach in partnership with senior leadership
Align sector initiatives with practice, office, and regional business development efforts
Use data, insights, and performance measures to guide sector investment and client growth
Identify market trends and commercial opportunities that span multiple industries
Strengthen engagement with partners and sector leaders to drive shared priorities

Salary & Location Salary: $340,000 – 375,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
