
Sr Communications Specialist

As a Sr Communications Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance our organization’s reputation and brand. Your expertise will shape our messaging and ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
You will report directly to the Communications Sr Director and work out of Phoenix, AZ; Clearwater, FL; or Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule. Note: All new hires will work onsite fully for the first 90 days.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication plans that support organizational goals and enhance brand reputation.
Create and manage content for internal communications, including employee spotlights, articles, and presentations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company objectives.
YOU MUST HAVE
5 or more years of experience in communications or public relations.
Experience with digital media.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
Experience with Adobe Suite and/or digital media.
Experience in the aerospace, technology, or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of digital media platforms.
Project Management skills.
Qualifications
