Responsibilities Identifying prospective clients through targeted research, prospecting, Linkedin, and networking. Meeting with decision‑makers (HR Directors, CEOs, Dept. Heads) to understand their business goals and talent gaps. Developing and fostering relationships, positioning yourself as a go‑to market expert. Conducting regular in‑person client visits and cold calling. Consultatively sell by understanding client's goals, challenges, industry, and project plans. Partnering closely with our internal Recruiting Team to ensure they understand the nuances of your clients' needs for a perfect match. Managing the full sales cycle, from initial pitch and contract negotiation to closing the deal and post‑placement follow‑up. Monitoring client satisfaction continuously to ensure our partnerships remain strong and we are referred to new business units within the organization. Requirements We are seeking high‑energy professionals who can balance quality and quantity and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. 1–4 years of proven success in sales or account management or related degree. A passion for being client‑facing and attending networking events to drive face‑to‑face interactions. Someone money‑motivated who enjoys a challenging, rewarding environment that balances healthy competition and collaborative culture.
