Job Title: Brand Manager

Location: Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Reports To: General Manager & Chief Marketing Officer


Position Overview:

Cape Coral CDJR is looking for our next dynamic and creative Brand Manager to continue leading our proven online presence and strengthening our established community ties through digital content and grassroots public events! You will manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, coordinate grassroots events, and act as our in-person brand ambassador during events in the community. If you're creative, organized, love content creation, and enjoy being involved in your local community, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

Digital & Content Creation:

  • Develop and manage content across TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Etc.
  • Plan, create, and post regular photo/video content, Reels, and Stories
  • Highlight vehicles, customers, promotions, team culture, and events
  • Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, InShot, etc.
  • Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice

Public Relations & Events:

  • Schedule, organize, and host public-facing events such as car shows, fundraisers, and holiday celebrations
  • Represent the dealership at community events and networking functions
  • Coordinate with local businesses, charities, and influencers
  • Be the on-camera and in-person spokesperson when needed

Strategy & Reporting:

  • Create quarterly/annual calender for event plans and weekly on-trend content agenda
  • Track engagement, reach, and growth across all platforms
  • Analyze data and optimize strategy for continued improvement
  • Provide regular updates to the General Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing brand social media accounts (your own brand counts!)
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordinaton
  • Strong video creation and editing skills
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling and brand building
  • Comfortable on camera and in public speaking environments
  • Organized, self-motivated, and community-oriented
  • Preferred: Bilingual with experience reaching English and Spanish speaking markets

Schedule:

Full-time, with some evenings/weekends required for special events

Compensation:

  • $36,000–$60,000 annually (depending on qualifications and/or experience)
  • Full-time position with benefits
  • Growth potential working for one of the Nation's largest privately owned dealership groups in a highly specialized role that's hands-on with executive management
