What You’ll Do

• Prospect and develop relationships with companies that ship freight

• Develop partnerships with shippers and transportation providers

• Negotiate pricing and protect margin

• Coordinate with internal teams to move freight successfully

• Track revenue and grow your book month over month

Training & Development

No logistics experience required.

We provide hands-on training, structured onboarding, and daily coaching from experienced leaders. Many of our top producers started with zero industry experience.

Compensation

• Competive base salary + uncapped commissions

• Commission structure paying up to 17% of Gross Profit
