We are growing our early GTM team and looking for a Senior Account Executive who can help drive net-new revenue while contributing to a strong early sales motion.
Role Overview
We’re looking for someone with a strong hunter mindset, commercial maturity, and the ability to thrive in a startup-style sales environment.
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently work SDR-generated leads while also creating their own opportunities through outbound effort, relationship building, and disciplined prospecting.
This is not a “wait for pipeline to come to you” role. We’re looking for someone who knows how to create momentum, move deals forward, and close business in a more strategic, product-led AI SaaS sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and close net-new revenue opportunities
- Manage full sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close
- Work a mix of SDR-supported and self-generated pipeline
- Build and maintain a strong, healthy pipeline through disciplined prospecting and follow-up
- Lead business conversations with decision-makers across business, operations, and technology teams
- Position OrcaWorks around workflow transformation, operational efficiency, AI-led automation, and business value
- Partner closely with leadership on messaging, go-to-market execution, and market feedback
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, CRM discipline, and forecasting accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS / software / technology sales
- Strong track record of hunting and closing net-new business
- Experience selling products / platforms / software
- Comfortable carrying pipeline responsibility beyond SDR support
- Strong executive communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and move quickly in a startup environment
- Strong commercial instincts, urgency, and follow-through
Preferred Background
- Experience selling AI products, enterprise SaaS, workflow automation, digital transformation, or product-led technology solutions
- Experience in startup, scale-up, or early GTM teams
- Exposure to mid-market and enterprise sales environments
