Our services include floor restoration, lobby cleaning, exterior power washing, and building maintenance. JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a part‑time freelance Content Creator to film, edit, and post short‑form video content for our Instagram account (@78clean78fixit). This is a contractor role requiring on‑site visits to our client locations in the Greater Boston area. RESPONSIBILITIES Film on‑site video content at commercial job locations Edit Instagram Reels (before/after transformations, behind‑the‑scenes, service highlights) Write captions and select relevant hashtags Post content to Instagram on an agreed‑upon schedule Deliver approximately 4–6 reels per month REQUIREMENTS Demonstrated experience creating short‑form social media video content Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) Reliable transportation to job sites across Greater Boston Strong written communication skills for caption writing Ability to work independently and meet deadlines PREFERRED Experience with service industry, trades, or commercial content a plus WHAT WE PROVIDE Brand guidelines and content direction Flexible scheduling within job site availability #J-18808-Ljbffr
