The foundation exists but merchandising discipline, pricing strategy, and digital sophistication need real leadership. The Role This is a hands‑on CMO role for someone who thrives at the intersection of merchandising, brand, and digital commerce. Ideal for a leader who came up through merchandising and moved into e-commerce, someone who understands inventory‑driven businesses, can read data, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. Key areas of ownership Merchandising & Pricing - bring discipline to assortment, pricing, and inventory strategy DTC & Digital - modernize the experience, improve conversion/AOV/retention, optimize tech stack, potentially lead platform migration Amazon - build into a real growth channel Brand & Creative - elevate creative standards and own go‑to‑market Performance Marketing - optimize paid media, drive decisions through data Team Leadership - upskill and modernize a long‑tenured team Ideal Candidate Strong merchandising background with e‑commerce/DTC experience SKU‑heavy, lifestyle brand experience at an elevated price point Hands‑on operator, highly analytical, data‑driven Experience modernizing legacy systems and teams Atlanta‑based or open to relocate Why This Role?
