Job Roles and Responsibilities
Assist clients with inquiries related to personal insurance policies Support policy changes, renewals, billing, and basic claims processes Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal team members Handle inbound sales opportunities and identify cross-selling opportunities Maintain accurate client records using agency systems Contribute to a team-oriented and supportive work environment Qualifications and Certifications
Experience in customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic proficiency with computer systems and CRM tools Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty license within a specified timeframe Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits
