Job Summary Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 11 to 15 years of expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud to lead and architect innovative industry cloud solutions
Job Description • Design and implement tailored Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud solutions to address client specific business requirements • Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate Salesforce Industry Cloud architecture components effectively • Provide technical leadership in the development deployment and optimization of Salesforce applications • Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards in solution architecture • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce product releases and industry trends to drive continuous innovation • Lead design reviews and code quality assessments to ensure robust scalable and maintainable systems • Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote continuous improvement within the technical team • Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective technical solutions
Roles and Responsibilities • Act as the principal architect for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud initiatives within the organization • Mentor and guide development teams by providing technical expertise and support • Lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals • Oversee integration of Salesforce with other enterprise applications and data sources • Manage technical risks and resolve escalated issues requiring advanced knowledge • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and onsite teams to define solution approaches and project scope • Drive adoption of Salesforce Industry Cloud Architecture standards and best practices Coordinate with project management to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions
