Role Description This full-time on-site role, located in Kansas City, involves providing thorough and accurate appraisals for residential real estate properties. The Residential Real Estate Appraiser will inspect properties, analyze market data, and compile detailed reports in compliance with current appraisal standards (USPAP). The appraiser will collaborate with clients, utilize analytical tools to determine property value, and ensure timely delivery of appraisal reports. Qualifications Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal and Appraising residential properties Strong knowledge of USPAP and Residential Real Estate market trends Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate property data and market conditions Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing reports Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Active certification as a Licensed or Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser Familiarity with appraisal software and tools is preferred A valid drivers license and reliable transportation for property visits **MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO YEARS APPRAISER EXPERIENCE**
