Job Summary As Sales Manager, Direct Sales you will be responsible for integrating the future of automated solutions into our customers facilities. As part of our Technical Sales Team, you will work on creating new sales opportunities with customers, integrators and larger accounts. Your Responsibilities Meet annual sales targets assigned by developing a customer and integrator base. Manage the sales process, including calculation, quoting, and negotiation. Prepare quotation in customer projects, including but not limited to:

Requirements gathering through site surveys and other means. Preliminary solution design. Cost and AGV capacity calculation. Customer presentations and sales negotiations.

Lead the technical discussion and ensure a seamless transition of the project to the implementation team. Build and maintain working relationships with team members, dealers, vendors, customers, and member companies. Analyze existing logistics setup and develop new solutions for the customer. Travel to customers, business events, and trade shows. Support the development of steady improvements in sales processes and tools. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Your Experience & Education A Bachelor's degree in engineering or business is required. A Master's degree in engineering or business is a plus. Minimum 3 years of professional project sales experience. Moderate high: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint. Good knowledge in logistics and/or automation is a plus. Basic AutoCAD is beneficial.
