Summary
We are seeking an Analyst, Total Rewards - HR Data to provide analytical, financial, and operational support focused on budgeting, workforce cost analysis, and project-based reporting. Partnering closely with FP&A and HR, this role maintains accurate headcount and compensation data, delivers recurring and ad hoc reporting, and supports annual planning cycles and compensation processes. The ideal candidate blends strong Excel and data skills with business acumen, ensuring high-integrity data and insights that drive decision-making.
What You'll Do
Partner with FP&A on
financial modeling, workforce cost analysis, forecasting
, and ad hoc data requests.
Maintain accurate
headcount and compensation
data for salary planning and financial models.
Audit and validate data
across payroll, compensation, benefits, and workforce datasets to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of HR/financial reporting.
Support the
annual compensation review cycle
(data preparation, analysis, system configuration, execution, and post-cycle audits).
Conduct
market pay analysis
and provide insights to support equitable, competitive compensation.
Assist with recurring
compliance
processes (e.g., 401(k) funding checks, non-discrimination testing) and invoice tracking with strong internal controls.
Maintain/update
Workday compensation configurations
(job profiles, bonus plans, position attributes, one-time payments, allocations) in partnership with HRIS.
Contribute to
cross-functional projects
and perform additional analytical or administrative duties as needed.
Produce
recurring and ad hoc reports
and financial analyses for stakeholders.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business, Finance
, or related field (preferred).
3+ years
in FP&A and/or HR analytics, with demonstrated understanding of best practices and regulations.
Working knowledge of
HR/compensation
practices and compliance fundamentals.
Advanced Excel
and proficiency with
Microsoft Office
.
Experience with
Workday
,
Workday Adaptive Planning
, and/or
Yardi
(nice to have).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to
translate data into clear insights
and recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and stakeholder service skills; high attention to detail.
Work Environment
Primarily office-based using standard business technology. Role may require remaining in a stationary position or moving around the office for extended periods.
On-site requirement of
4 days per week (Mon-Thu)
in Irvine, CA; schedule subject to change at the company's discretion.
