Senior Funding & Reconciliation Specialist

Location: Canton, MA (Hybrid) This role is a hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. We are open to flexible working in the position, Monday to Friday, within operating business hours. In this position, you'll be based in the Canton office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. As a Senior Funding & Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible for the cash and share reconciliation of Corporate Actions jobs from the effective date of the job to its completion. The team is also responsible for funding allocations (including DTC payments) related to client funds received for transactions we service. A role you will love. As our Senior Reconciliation Specialist you will be responsible for daily processing activities including the tracking and allocation of client funds, wire processing, and cash/share reconciliations for an assigned portfolio of transactions. This role collaborates with all business units across US Corporate Actions and also other business units across the wider Computershare organization including the Treasury Team and the North American Reconciliation team while fulfilling responsibilities related to the daily activities performed. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Process incoming wire requests (including time, client sensitive or complex items) in an accurate and timely manner Track and control the receipt of client funding (including time, client sensitive, or complex items) received for Corporate Actions transactions. Complete Day One Reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner and responsible for on-going reconciliation of assigned OTF transactions from the effective date of the transaction thru the completion/termination of the transaction. Prepare funding/share requisitions and forward to clients and/or other transfer agents and responsible for required follow-up. Resolve weekly BOA related exceptions via processing of Cosmos Trust adjustments on the daily uploads. Review BOA funding reflected on Central Bank to ensure each item maintains a corresponding Cosmos Trust entry and/or post adjustments via daily upload. Resolve ad-hoc complex funding related problems in an accurate timely manner and provide back-up support to wider team as needed. What will you bring to the role? Bachelor degree (BA) Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office. Working knowledge SCRIP Cosmos Company, and Central Bank. The base pay range for this role is $39,784-$59,784 This base pay range is specific to Canton, MA and may not be applicable to other locations. Expected application deadline: April 3rd 2026
