Supervise and manage the test proctoring process to ensure compliance with established guidelines. Handle customer inquiries courteously and with attention to detail via inbound and outbound calls. Assist customers with placing orders and accurately record their information into the system. Provide clear guidance and support to customers, addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and meet performance targets. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and recommend improvements where necessary. Uphold organizational policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service. Adapt to new processes and tools introduced to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a call center environment. Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with test proctoring procedures is preferred. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Commitment to upholding high standards of service and teamwork.
