5:00PM Requirements: Must have 25 years of customer service, administrative, or clerical experience Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Administrative Support Enter and manage customer purchase orders in ERP system Create and maintain job folders for new orders Track order status, updates, and delivery confirmations Provide shipment updates, reports, and respond to customer inquiries Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns Monitor customer portals, logs, and performance scorecards Maintain accurate records and documentation at all times Support leadership team with special projects and requests Operations Support Assist with work orders and production packet creation Track and follow up on customer quality alerts Identify trends, issues, and escalate when needed Support continuous improvement efforts Provide backup support for front desk and incoming calls
