
Foodservice Regional Sales Manager - Northwest

Handgards LLC is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest region to lead and grow our business across a large, high-impact territory: WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, AK, HI & Western Canada.
Are you a foodservice sales professional who knows the distributor, broker, and operator landscape who has selling experience with foodservice disposables, tabletop, or packaging solutions similar to the Handgards portfolio? The position is home-based with at least 50% travel.
Job Requirements:
Lead, train, and develop brokers and sales reps to grow Handgards distribution and operator usage
Drive sales through foodservice distributors, regional chains, and multi‑unit operators
Build strong relationships with key customers and distributor partners
Manage sales performance through quarterly broker reviews and monthly goal tracking
Partner with our National Accounts team on national & regional accounts
Deliver annual case & dollar sales budgets by product and rep
Identify competitive activity, pricing trends, and new product opportunities
Support new product launches and attend national & regional foodservice shows
5+ years of foodservice sales experience (disposables, packaging, tabletop, or similar preferred)
Experience selling comparable branded foodservice products
Proven success working with brokers, distributors, and multi‑unit operators
Strong sales presentation, organizational, and relationship‑building skills
Comfortable managing a large territory and working from a home office
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
