As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Kforce’s growth by connecting top talent with leading clients. This is a consultative, relationship‑driven sales role with uncapped earning potential and multiple career paths.
Key Responsibilities Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, research, and direct client outreach
Schedule and lead client meetings to position Kforce’s staffing, project, and technology consulting solutions
Build trusted, long‑term client relationships and become a market expert
Understand client strategies, goals, and workforce needs
Deliver engaging, consultative presentations to decision‑makers
Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and fees
Partner with internal recruiting teams to deliver high‑quality talent solutions to clients
Manage client relationships throughout the assignment lifecycle to expand account penetration
Monitor and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
Grow client accounts
What We’re Looking For 2–8 years of sales or staffing experience
Strong consultative sales and relationship‑building skills
Comfortable networking and engaging with clients
Motivated by a competitive, fast‑paced environment
Willingness to travel occasionally within the Boston market to see clients

Pay Transparency (MA): Base salary range is $60,000–$88,900, Plus Uncapped monthly commission based on performance.
