SPM Account Supervisors lead dynamic account teams and drive impactful PR strategies, plans and budgets - while serving as trusted mentors to their teammates and strategic business counselors to their clients. Our Supervisors are all-in contributors to agency success and play a central role in everything we do. As the primary client contact, candidates should bring outstanding account service and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of integrated communications. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive PR plans, leading media relations and influencer strategy and navigating crisis communications with confidence and clarity. Key Responsibilities & Experience You have led and motivated staff in consumer PR. Restaurant and food category experience is a plus! You kill it when it comes to the latest in social media influencer, content and trends You are a master project manager, nailing it when it comes to deadlines and budgets You have earned your stripes with 7+ years of PR experience You are a self-starter and thrive in a high-energy environment and want to apply proactive and strategic thinking to your work You want a hybrid schedule with two days at home and three days in office each week and believe in the power of in-person collaboration You are familiar with PR measurement and research tools, including Muck Rack and Critical Mention.
