This role is critical for identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders in Strategic Sourcing and with C-Suite Clinicians within assigned Integrated Delivery Networks. The primary objective is to identify opportunities where Essity brands can improve patient outcomes and negotiate contracts that expand the Essity portfolio. This will be a remote role and can be based in the Southeast near a major airport. What You Will Do Develop and implement strategies and tactics for business retention and profitable growth within assigned systems and biller accounts. Provide strategic direction to the field sales organization to drive compliance, clinical value and growth within the highlighted portfolios. Create, present, and deliver insights using executive communication and presentation skills. Communicate customer insights, growth forecasts, and innovative approaches to value-based contracts and customer data sets to leadership. Identify opportunities using data trends, industry partners, and organizational goals to meet growth objectives managed through a sales pipeline. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment on shared priorities. Create and implement strategic and operational plans leveraging project management skills. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and seven (7) years of medical device experience; ideally has led a medical device team. Three (3) years of demonstrated experience leading sales strategy and development within IDNs or GPOs. Excellent project management as well as business and financial acumen. Deep knowledge and expertise in healthcare economics, clinical outcomes, and supply chain management. Experience negotiating contracts and developing and executing business strategies.
