Job Description:
Our client is seeking a motivated Customer Account Manager to manage client programs from post-sale kickoff through production and delivery. This role combines client relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on project execution. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client projects from initial setup through completion and ongoing support
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Convert customer requirements into clear production and manufacturing instructions
- Maintain project documentation including specifications, artwork files, and packaging details
- Track timelines, milestones, and performance metrics while proactively resolving challenges
- Lead meetings, provide status updates, and ensure accountability across stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and support process enhancement initiatives
- Monitor project costs, materials, and operational performance
- Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and service
Qualifications:
- 3–6+ years of account management or project management experience
- Experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related industry preferred
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Understanding of production workflows, materials, and quality standards
- Experience managing documentation such as artwork, specs, or packaging files preferred
- ERP implementation exposure is a plus
- Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
