Key Account Manager

We are partnering with a growing company in the home décor and gift industry seeking a Key Accounts Manager to drive revenue growth and manage strategic retail relationships. This onsite role in Arlington, TX offers a collaborative environment where you will work cross-functionally to expand specialty national key accounts and large independent retailers while executing sales strategies that support long-term business objectives.


What You Will Do


• Manage and grow key retail accounts with a focus on revenue and profitability

• Develop and execute account-specific business plans and sales strategies

• Forecast sales, track performance, and analyze trends to inform decisions

• Lead line reviews, product presentations, and customer meetings

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams

• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

• Travel up to 20% to support trade shows and account meetings


Job Requirements


• 5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years managing key accounts

• Experience managing specialty national accounts and large independent retailers

• Experience within home décor, gift, or similar retail industries

• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills

• Proven ability to forecast sales and drive account growth

• Ability to work onsite in Arlington, TX (DFW area)
