About the Role

Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Digital Banking Operations Specialist to join the team in our Bank Operations department As a Digital Banking Operations Specialist, you will deliver a World Class Experience to branch associates and other support departments by assisting in the use and understanding of the Bank's digital products, including Online Banking and Mobile Banking. You will complete various operational tasks including customer setup, operations review, and transactional processing. The Digital Banking Operations Specialist will also perform system testing of new products and releases. You will be located in Goleta, CA with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 1 year up to 3 years of bank operations experience required. Wire, ACH, and digital banking experience required. Must have extensive knowledge of digital banking systems such web browsers, operating systems, and devices (both desktop and mobile). Ability to organize and prioritize work while proactively providing status reports. Your Responsibilities

The essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

Provide excellent Digital Banking support for branch associates and support departments. Complete assigned operations tasks accurately and efficiently. Setup new digital banking customers on various systems. Maintain customer files and all required bank documentation. Perform system testing and prepare issue cases for new products and releases. Communicate openly with peers, supervisors, and managers. Adhere to assigned work schedule and attendance record. Your Benefits
