Position Summary The Creative Communications Manager / Senior Copywriter is responsible for developing compelling, strategic, and mission-driven content across multiple platforms that advances the organization’s marketing, communications, and sales objectives. This role serves as the primary steward of written communications for the organization—crafting impactful messaging that strengthens brand voice, drives sales, and supports national marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is both a creative storyteller and strategic thinker who can translate complex financial and geopolitical information into clear, engaging messaging for a variety of audiences. This role requires exceptional writing and proofreading ability, editorial judgment, and the ability to collaborate across departments to produce high-quality communications that reflect the organization’s mission and brand standards.

Report To Chief Marketing Officer

Develop compelling and strategic copy across multiple channels including digital campaigns, websites, email marketing, social media, print materials, advertisements, investor communications, presentations, and event materials.
Translate marketing strategy and creative briefs into persuasive messaging that drives engagement and sales, strengthens brand identity, and supports investment initiatives.
Serve as a lead voice in shaping and maintaining the organization’s tone, style, and messaging consistency across all marketing and communications platforms.
Collaborate with the PR firm to develop organic coverage for the organization in local and national media.
Write and edit executive communications including speeches, op‑eds, remarks, presentations, talking points, and formal correspondence.
Edit and proofread all written materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the organization’s messaging guidelines, brand standards, and compliance requirements.
Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑pace marketing environment.
Apply SEO, AEO and digital content best practices to maximize online visibility and engagement across web and digital platforms.
Stay informed on industry trends, financial markets, geopolitical developments, and news related to Israel to help shape timely and relevant communications.
Other Duties Such other duties as directed by the Chief Marketing Officer as he/she deems appropriate and necessary to meet the needs of the Marketing & Communications Department.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Licensing Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5–7 years of professional copywriting or communications experience, preferably in marketing, financial services, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic marketing copy and storytelling
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar, tone, and narrative structure
Ability to translate complex financial, political, or technical information into clear and compelling messaging for diverse audiences
Strong editorial judgment and attention to details
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, leadership, and external partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Experience working with digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and SEO/AEO best practices preferred
Knowledge of Jewish culture and familiarity with Israel, its history, and current events is strongly preferred
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is largely a sedentary role; however, this position requires constant communication and the ability to exchange accurate information, the ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday (80% in office 20% remotely), 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 35 hours per week. Work extended/evening hours, when needed.
TRAVEL Travel is not expected for this position.
SECURITY CLEARANCE Must successfully pass limited background check.
