We're a small, fast-growing brand with a passionate community behind us, and we believe the best way to reach dog owners is person-to-person, not through another Instagram ad.
Our product is premium, our mission is real, and we're expanding our field sales team to bring AlphaPak directly to dog owners in their neighborhoods. If you're the kind of person who can strike up a conversation on a front porch and genuinely help someone make a better decision for their dog, we want to talk.
The Opportunity This is a commission-based field sales role where you'll work your own territory, set your own schedule, and earn based on what you sell. There's no salary cap, no micromanagement, and no ceiling on what you can make. You'll be selling a product that practically sells itself to the right audience — dog owners who already care about what goes into their dog's bowl.
The real earning power comes from subscriptions. When you convert a customer to a monthly subscription, you earn recurring commission every time they reorder — meaning your income compounds over time as your customer base grows.
Compensation Structure
Commission per bag sold (rate provided during onboarding)
Recurring monthly commission on active subscriptions you've generated
Performance bonuses for hitting monthly targets
Free AlphaPak product starter kit provided — use it to demo, sample, and sell
There is no base salary for this role. This is a straight commission opportunity designed for self-starters who want to control their own income. Top performers in similar roles earn $100,000+ annually.

Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing
Canvassing residential neighborhoods to introduce AlphaPak freeze-dried raw dog food directly to pet owners
Starting genuine conversations with dog owners about their dog's health, diet, and nutrition — not delivering a pushy sales pitch
Educating potential customers on the benefits of freeze-dried raw nutrition compared to conventional kibble and processed pet food
Demonstrating the product using your AlphaPak starter kit
Closing sales on the spot and setting customers up with a subscription for ongoing delivery
Building a local customer base that generates recurring monthly commission
Representing AlphaPak at neighborhood events, dog parks, and local pet-friendly businesses as opportunities arise
Tracking your daily activity and reporting sales to the team
Qualifications Who We're Looking For You don't need a college degree or a polished resume to succeed in this role. What you do need is drive, people skills, and a genuine love for dogs. We've found that the best reps are the ones who can walk up to a stranger's door, lead with curiosity, and close with confidence.
You're a great fit if you:
Own a dog or are passionate about pet health and animal care
Have experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, field sales, or a similar role (preferred but not required — we will train the right person)
Are self-motivated and thrive working independently without a manager watching over you
Have a reliable way to get around your territory
Are comfortable working mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends depending on when homeowners are available
Can handle rejection without taking it personally — this is a numbers game and you'll hear \"no\" before you hear \"yes\"
Are coachable, goal-oriented, and hungry to build something
Ideal Background (Not Required)
Previous D2D sales experience (pest control, solar, alarms, telecom, etc.)
Experience in direct-to-consumer or in-home sales
Background in pet care, veterinary, or animal nutrition
Familiarity with subscription or recurring revenue sales models
Schedule & Location This role is based in Utah with opportunities to expand into surrounding markets. You set your own hours within your assigned or self-selected territory. Most successful reps work late afternoons and early evenings on weekdays and mornings on weekends — when people are actually home.
