Senior Associate
to join our team in a
dual-hatted role
combining
direct asset management
and
portfolio-level strategy
across its 5,000+ unit multifamily platform of market-rate and affordable housing. This is a unique opportunity to toggle between execution and strategy in a high-impact, highly visible role.
What you’ll do
For assigned assets, own performance (budgeting, leasing strategy, cash flow, operations)
Support Director of Asset Management with portfolio-wide analytics
Build and maintain financial models, dashboards and complete strategic initiatives
Partner across acquisitions, development, finance, and accounting
Interface with property managers, lenders, investors, and external partners
Present memos and analyses to leadership, investors, and partners
Oversee compliance (including affordable housing / LIHTC where applicable)
Leverage AI technology to improve reporting, work flows, and asset monitoring.
What we’re looking for
4–7 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, brokerage, or valuation
Experience with multifamily (market-rate, affordable, or mixed-use) assets
Strong understanding of real estate finance metrics (IRR, DSCR, cap rates, etc.)
Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills
Experience with value-add, lease-up, or development projects preferred
Familiarity with legal documents (JV agreements, loans, leases, etc.)
You also are
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving instincts
Comfortable owning decisions and working autonomously
An effective communicator who can translate complex data into clear insights
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
