
Operations Specialist - Contractor & Merchant Setup (Home Improvement Financing)

At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Contractor Setup Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining the input of contractors, program sponsors, new loan products, rates, fees, ratios, and other functions.
Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home‑improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point‑of‑Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinates and maintains status updates to Relationship Managers
Maintains the Contractor Setup inbox
Processes daily training activations
Maintains Contractor Watch List within appropriate systems/platforms
Initiates setup for Contractors within appropriate systems/platforms
Updates and maintains Contractors information within appropriate systems/platforms
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
One (1) year of related Home Improvement Financing experience
Skills and Competencies
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
Ability to work on a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Onsite Training
Hybrid schedule available after training
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm OR 8:30am - 5:00pm
Operations, banking, call center or client support experience transfers well for this role.
Compensation Details Job Range Target:
Minimum:
$37,750.00 USD
50th Percentile:
$44,940.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans:
