What You’ll Do Location: This role is based out of our Phoenix Headquarters (N. Scottsdale) office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in‑person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
Reports to: Director, Talent Acquisition
Own the full lifecycle recruiting process—from proactive sourcing through close—for sales roles across the business.
Partner closely with sales leaders to define what excellence actually looks like, not just what’s written on a req.
Build intentional, future‑ready talent pipelines across our go‑to‑market organization—including Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, Key Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and more.
Use data and market insight to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and improve hiring outcomes.
Source aggressively and creatively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, and whatever else gets results.
Continuously test, measure, and improve recruiting strategies, tools, and workflows.
Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Axon’s brand—direct, respectful, fast, and human.
Build trust with hiring leaders by being decisive, candid, and solutions‑oriented.
Drive inclusive hiring by proactively sourcing diverse talent and embedding equity throughout the hiring process.
Juggle multiple high‑priority searches without dropping the ball—or your standards.
What You Bring
5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (corporate required; agency experience a plus)
Proven success recruiting sales or revenue‑generating roles in fast‑paced environments
Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building high‑quality pipelines
Comfort managing high‑volume, high‑visibility requisitions
Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed
Sharp instincts, strong judgment, and the ability to move fast without being sloppy
A data‑informed mindset—you know what to measure and why it matters
High accountability, strong organization, and a bias for action
