
Customer Service Representative

This position offers an in‑office work schedule out of our Littleton, CO office. Put your motivation, energy, and service‑driven mindset into a Customer Service Representative role. In this role, you will provide office and sales assistance by responding to requests for information, services, quotes, permits, authority, and licensing. Your professionalism and ability to adapt and problem‑solve will serve you well while partnering with agents and insureds to support complex accounts in the trucking industry.
Position Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Salary Range $43,000 - $47,000 plus quarterly bonuses
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow.
Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred.
Ability to utilize computer software; experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System is a plus.
Must obtain and maintain a P&C license within the first 90 days of employment.
