
Remote Inbound Sales Agent

Grand Circle is hiring Remote Inbound Sales Agents (Travel Advisor) for our June 1st training class.
As a Travel Advisor, you’ll inspire prospective travelers by sharing the details of our international trips, then assist them with booking and customizing their journey. This role focuses on completing the full sales process in one conversation, with an emphasis on delivering high conversion rates and meaningful upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, educating travelers on GCC’s International trip packages while maintaining a high sense of customer service and sales throughout the conversation. Work to achieve a high conversion rate (targeting over 70%) of all calls into confirmed bookings. Upsell GCC products and services, including Trip Extensions, Travel Protection Plans, Airline Bookings & Upgrades. Confirm customer reservations and document all necessary contact information in GCC programs. Reserve airline tickets using a code‑based software (e.g., Amadeus). Document all customer interactions and call notes in assigned programs during the call to avoid extensive after‑call work. Work across multiple platforms efficiently to handle and resolve calls (5–7 programs concurrently, working across 3 screens). Qualifications
2–5 years of sales experience in a call‑center environment, handling inbound & outbound sales calls. Preference for experience in Travel/Tourism, Hospitality, or Luxury (High Ticket) sales. Experience with upselling additional products/services to the original package. 1+ years of experience working remotely (preference for those who have started and trained remotely). Must have hardwired internet (no Wi‑Fi); recommended speeds are 50 Mbps download, 25 Mbps upload. Telephone service via landline or VOIP. You will be responsible for setting up a stable telephone service (phone number) and providing that number to GCC so calls can be routed to your desk phone (provided by GCC). Schedule

Total Rewards
The base salary range for this role is $19.00–$21.00 hourly. In addition to the base hourly rate, this role is eligible for an uncapped commission plan based on sales performance. Final compensation may vary and will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.
