Job Description Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients and candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Collaborate with senior recruiters and sales teams to understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Maintain and update candidate databases and client records.
Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, postings, and other recruitment materials.
Support the sales team in generating leads and setting up meetings with prospective clients.
Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software/tools.
Interest in Cybersecurity and AI is a plus.
Previous experience in sales or recruitment is an advantage but not required.
