One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Ogden is looking for a motivated, professional, and personable Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is great on the phone, organized on the computer, and driven to help turn incoming leads into booked appointments. This person will play a key role in creating a great first impression for our company while helping us grow through fast lead follow-up, outbound calling, customer check‑ins, and club membership conversations. We are looking for someone who can move quickly, communicate clearly, and confidently help customers take the next step. Experience with ServiceTitan is a major plus. Position Summary

This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, responding quickly to new leads, booking service and estimate appointments, following up with existing customers, and helping promote our club membership program. The right candidate will be friendly, dependable, sales‑minded, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. This is a remote / hybrid position. Candidates must live within reasonable driving distance of Ogden, Utah and be available to come into the office as needed for training, meetings, team collaboration, or other business needs. Responsibilities

Respond quickly to inbound leads from Facebook, Angi, Modernize, eLocal, and other marketing sources Return calls promptly and work to book appointments for service, maintenance, and estimates Answer incoming customer calls professionally and create a strong first impression Make outbound calls to current and past customers to schedule tune‑ups and maintenance visits Perform follow‑up “happy calls” after appointments to check on the customer experience Help introduce and sell club memberships in a natural, helpful, and friendly way Accurately enter customer information, call notes, and appointment details into company software Use scripts and call guidance while still sounding warm, confident, and genuine Work closely with office staff and technicians to support a smooth customer experience Follow up on open leads, unsold estimates, and missed opportunities as directed Qualifications

Strong phone communication and customer service skills Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the appointment Strong sense of urgency and ability to respond to leads quickly Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems Detail‑oriented and organized Reliable and dependable High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to work effectively from home in a professional setting Must live within reasonable driving distance of Ogden, Utah Must be willing to come into the Ogden office as needed Preferred Experience

Customer service experience Inside sales or appointment‑setting experience Call center experience HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry experience ServiceTitan experience Schedule

Flexible Hours Monday to Friday Additional hours or flexibility may be discussed based on company needs Work Location
