Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Retail & Key Accounts Sales Manager based in Addison, IL, with some remote work flexibility. The successful candidate will manage relationships with key accounts, oversee retail sales strategy, and work to identify growth opportunities. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans, maintaining strong customer relationships, analysing sales data, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely product deliveries.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales and Account Management

3+ years of sales experience in one or more of the following:

Building materials

Hardware retail

Industrial distribution

Construction products

Experience selling into retail chains or distribution networks preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently

Ability to travel as needed

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
