
Retirement Plan Specialist Associate

Description
Answer and respond to email inquiries regarding issues.
Process forms and perform basic transactions such as roll overs, internal transfers, and death certificates.
Accurately diagnose issues and provide client-driven solutions that meet IRS regulatory requirements.
Interpret rules and regulations applying retirement plan knowledge.
Conduct audits of account activity to ensure transactions meet regulatory compliance.
Review client requests for corrections to determine proper course of action and provide guidance to branch personnel on resolution.
Maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and regulations utilizing internal and external resources and continuous training.
Communicate, research, and resolve issues with other internal departments.
Review daily reports of individual productivity to evaluate personal performance.
Work Schedule: Choose either 8:30am‑5:30pm or 9am‑6pm.
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of St. Petersburg, FL.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
