Personal Lines Service Department Manager

Corndell Insurance is looking for a high-capacity leader to help build the next phase of our personal lines operation.
You will lead the service department, help shape how it operates, and personally manage a meaningful book of business. You will be expected to set the standard, improve the system, and help create a department the agency can continue to scale around.

Partner with leadership on staffing, capacity planning, departmental structure, and long-term growth strategy
Strengthen carrier and vendor relationships that support the department and improve outcomes for clients
