Your Role The Associate Strategy Manager will help support O Positiv’s retail strategy and analytics and other special projects. This person will play a critical role in supporting O Positiv’s rapid growth in retail and analyzing O Positiv’s performance in key growth areas to identify insights and actionable recommendations and help drive growth. This person will also help shape the overall direction of the business by developing insights for Leadership and Board meetings. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy and will work cross-functionally.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, structured, self-motivated, results-oriented, an effective communicator, a cross-functional collaborator, and a critical thinker.

Responsibilities and Duties Retail performance strategy and analytics:

Evaluate O Positiv sales performance, identify insights, and spearhead opportunities for improvement

Analyze market and competitor retail performance data to help inform O Positiv’s retail strategy

Support Retail Strategy, Sales, and Marketing teams with analyses that help them achieve full potential

Actively and consistently track retail market trends and suggest ideas to ensure O Positiv’s competitive position in the market

Help support the development of retailer-facing pitch decks that clearly communicate our brand story

Translate sales data, shopper metrics, and market trends into compelling, easy-to-digest insights

Special projects

Research, evaluate, and pursue new strategic opportunities, trends, market data, and competitor data relevant to O Positiv

Generate and lead cross-functional special projects essential to O Positiv's future growth

Qualifications and Skills Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience in a highly analytical role

2-5 years of experience in management consulting and / or a large CPG / Retailer or a startup

Start-up / e-commerce / women’s health experience or passion is a plus

Interpersonal:

Structured and data-oriented thinker – a good problem-solver

Strong communication skills: listen, reflect, proactively learn

Ability to work effectively with different groups of individuals – a team player

Ability to manage multiple moving pieces – hard working, organized, and results-oriented individual

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Hours and Compensation The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 - $140,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.

Position will be based out of Santa Monica, Los Angeles - in person (Mon-Thurs in office/Friday remote)
