Role: Executive Manager
Location: Hybrid role: 2- 3 days in Atlanta office

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the executive leadership team.
Coordinate and drive strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Assist executives in decision‑making, program management, and initiative implementation.
Manage executive priorities, internal communications, and special strategic projects.
People Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
Support consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Partner with HR and leadership to ensure smooth workforce operations across consulting teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
5–7 years of experience
in HR operations, people management, or business operations.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
– mandatory.
Strong experience in
employee relations and HR operations .
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills .
Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to handle
confidential information with discretion .
