
Aquarium & Aviary Service Representative

Overview
We are a rapidly growing aquarium and aviary service company. This role primarily services aquariums and aviaries in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. This is an entry level position that requires basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly. Lifting, bending, and other physical demands are involved. This is a part-time position with flexible daytime hours (8am to 7pm). Hours will vary monthly and typically average 10–20 hours per month.

Effectively communicate company products and services
Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Inner drive and desire to exceed goals
Respond to calls, emails, faxes to take care of customer needs
Able to make an efficient work schedule
Manage service cycle for customer base
Required education, skills, abilities, and experience
Experience in fish keeping and/or bird keeping preferred
Great attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to continually adjust priorities to match the business need
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and good attendance
Ability to communicate and contribute in a team-oriented environment
Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and read/write in English
Preference given to candidates with mechanical aptitude
Willingness to be flexible with schedule and job responsibilities
Able to travel within the service area radius
Heavy lifting and maneuvering required
Flexibility is a must
High school education is preferred
Driver’s license required

Travel and compensation
Travel within a 150 mile radius of North Platte, NE is required (furthest currently around 100 miles).
Mileage reimbursement is paid while driving. Hourly wage is not paid during driving.

Part-time, Day shift
Expected hours: approx. 10–20 per month
Remote work is limited to scheduling and coordination; on-site servicing occurs in client facilities
