As an Associate Product Marketing Specialist on our Institutional Marketing team, you\'ll play a hands-on role in bringing our most visible marketing initiatives to life, from proprietary events and sponsored conferences to flagship content programs. Reporting to the Marketing Programs Manager, you\'ll work cross-functionally across sales, product, and marketing to ensure seamless execution at every stage. We’re looking for a curious, driven self-starter who brings both strategic thinking and a strong bias for action. You thrive in fast-moving environments, and take ownership of your work. Strong project management skills and creative instincts are a must. Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and promotion of proprietary events and sponsored conferences, including managing external vendors to coordinate services such as space allocation, signage, attendee flow, food and beverage, and giveaways Own the end-to-end production and promotion of webinar and thought leadership programs, collaborating closely with content owners to ensure seamless delivery Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns with GTM and Digital Marketing teams across events, content, and other key channels to ensure cohesive execution Own and manage the events calendar, overseeing the tiering process to prioritize resources effectively Manage vendor and sponsorship contracts through compliance and legal review, ensuring timely approvals and uploading executed agreements to the appropriate systems Build and maintain event registration pages and email communications Submit tickets with the Marketing Technology and Design teams to brief, track, and deliver needed assets Manage the Marketing Programs Confluence page, maintaining up-to-date tracking of all assets and deliverables Qualifications
Brings 0-2 years of marketing experience Is a natural project manager who can juggle multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and moving parts without losing sight of the details Thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and takes ownership of their work from kickoff to completion Benefits And Perks
