Overview

Salary: Total OTE (100%) is between $120,000 and $147,429 gross annual. As our next Account Executive for the North American region, you’ll work at the heart of the fast-moving eCommerce and digital marketing landscape, helping brands, retailers, and agencies unlock new levels of performance via Channable. The North American market is a top growth priority, and you’ll participate in defining our go-to-market strategy and achieving results. You are a full-cycle Account Executive building pipeline and closing deals from start to finish. Reporting to your Sales Team Lead and collaborating with team members in the North American market, you will develop and secure new business opportunities with brands, online retailers, and marketing agencies. You understand the B2B buying process and how it impacts selling motions. Responsibilities

Go-To-Market: Execute the go-to-market plan, collaborate with marketing to localize campaigns, events, and initiatives, and contribute ideas to their success. Own Your Numbers: Demonstrate ownership and consistently achieve sales goals in the North American region. Become a Customer Expert: Build trust by understanding the customer’s world; attend industry events or host roundtables, partner dinners, or webinars to expand your network. Build a Personal Brand: Grow your reputation as a trusted eCommerce advisor by sharing insights on LinkedIn or at local events. Master Product Expertise: Stay up to date with the eCommerce industry and product updates; work with the product team to develop the tool further. Experience with B2B sales or consultative selling, ideally in SaaS or digital marketing/eCommerce. A drive to exceed goals and directly impact business growth. Qualifications

2+ years of inside/mid-market sales experience closing new logos, ideally in SaaS or a digital marketing agency. Strong eCommerce or marketing agency background with a relatable network. Tech savvy; proficient with CRMs, sales engagement platforms, AI and related tools. Ability to consult with clients and translate challenges into actionable strategies. Excellent people skills, high curiosity, and adaptability to diverse buyer personas. Strong communicator and storyteller. What’s In It For You
