ABOUT THE ROLE The Brand Partnerships Manager is a full‑time hybrid role based in New York, NY, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you are the primary partner and day‑to‑day contact for a portfolio of growth‑minded brands. You own the relationship, champion the customer internally, and make sure campaigns perform and renew.
You will sit at the center of a cross‑functional pod that includes Sales, Operations, Technical, and Analytics partners. Together, you design, launch, and scale programs that prove incremental impact and keep brands coming back.
This role reports to a Brand Partnerships Director.
YOU WILL
Build long‑term relationships with marketing leaders across your book of business
Own client care, renewals, and retention for your brands, focusing on performance
Lead internal and external status meetings, bringing together pacing, performance, and next steps in a clear, simple story
Run onboarding and strategy sessions for new campaigns, aligning creative, targeting, and measurement before launch
Turn data into narratives: translate reports into insights, recommendations, and test‑and‑learn plans that move budget and strategy
Lead business reviews for existing accounts, showcasing impact and partnering with Sales to highlight smart expansion opportunities
Spot risk early and drive resolution with the right internal partners so campaigns stay on track
Keep core systems up to date so the team has clean, accurate information on brands and campaigns
YOU HAVE
3+ years in a client‑facing role such as account management, customer success, or campaign management at an AdTech, MarTech, or performance marketing company
Managed a portfolio of performance‑driven accounts and owning renewals, delivery, and day‑to‑day relationships
Comfort with performance marketing concepts like return on ad spend (ROAS), incrementality, attribution, and audience strategy
Presented to executive‑level stakeholders, turning complex data into simple, compelling stories for senior marketers and cross‑functional teams
Strong project management skills; you keep multiple brands and campaigns organized, on time, and aligned.
Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Monday, Gong and HubSpot

The salary range is a reasonable estimate based on aggregate data for all US locations. Any offered salary is determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to; candidate location, cost of labor, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology, for example).
Base salary: $122,500. On target earnings (OTE): $175,000.
