Overview
The Product Owner (ERP Squad) is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by Baylor Scott & White Health’s ERP platforms across Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. This role owns the ERP product backlog, translates complex business needs into actionable work, and partners closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and managed service providers (e.g., Accenture MSP) to ensure secure, reliable, and outcome-driven delivery. The ERP Product Owner operates in a highly integrated environment (PeopleSoft, SCM, HR systems, automation, and third-party vendors) and must balance regulatory requirements, operational stability, and continuous improvement. Position Details
True hybrid position Employee living in DFW will be onsite one day each week. Employee living outside DFW, but still in BSW service area - will be onsite one day each month.
