Job description for the HCM/Recruiting Senior Consultant role within Workday’s Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) and Professional Services (PS) Industry team. The role focuses on ensuring successful implementation of Workday’s HCM solution for FSI and PS customers and championing best practices across deployments. About The Team

The HCM/Recruiting Senior Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s HCM solution for our FSI and PS customers and help establish and champion best practices for all deployments. The ideal candidate should have experience within the HCM and Recruiting areas in the FSI or PS industries. Key Areas of Responsibility

Become an expert in the Workday HCM and Recruiting product suite Provide FSI and PS industry perspective for customer business requirements Ensure FSI and PS best practices reflect new industry requirements and trends Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, develop prototype configurations, and assist the client in testing the Workday solution Serve as a mentor for new HCM and Recruiting Consultants Ensure the client adopts Workday FSI and PS best practices Ensure the client is referenceable once in production Participate in update training and other events to share product skills with other consultants Basic Qualifications

5+ years of functional experience in HCM and Recruiting software solutions or systems 3+ years of consulting experience Workday deployment experience Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Other Qualifications

Industry experience in Financial Services, Insurance or Professional Services Experience in HCM, Recruiting, and related product suites Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training Passion for customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with internal teams and customers at executive levels Experience with multiple HCM, payroll and/or financial applications is a plus Comprehensive product knowledge of features, benefits, applications, and market positioning Strong communication and interpersonal skills with active listening and adaptability Strong industry knowledge with awareness of trends, competition, and regulatory environments Influencing skills and ability to drive consensus and collaborate with stakeholders Mentorship skills and the ability to foster growth and development Ability to gather and analyze requirements and align with stakeholder needs Strong solutions design skills and ability to develop technology-enabled solutions Experience in strategic business consulting and financial acumen is desirable Strong task and time management and excellent teamwork skills This position can be remote. The annual base salary ranges are listed by location, and compensation may include a bonus plan or stock grants.
