Team Overview An exciting opportunity within Digital Compliance & Legal (DCL) for a Digital Product Owner to support our Compliance Surveillance & Supervision digital experiences and capabilities. Operates at the intersection of business strategy & technology development, bringing fresh perspectives to exceed client expectations in an ever‑evolving digital landscape.

What You'll Do

The Product Owner is accountable for one system or subcomponents of low to medium complex product structures. Provides thought leadership and drives functional product team to deliver value to internal and external customers.

Accountable for the product’s branch/client experience requiring a systems thinking approach.

Collaborates with Product Manager to align strategy to execution via product roadmap.

Manages system plans and supporting artifacts: resource requirements, stakeholder solution requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones & success criteria.

Be the primary contact for issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.

Interact and align with adjacent product teams for cohesive progression of department strategy.

Maintain & prioritize product backlog, writing well‑defined user stories & acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with QE to define acceptance criteria and ensure product meets quality standards.

What Experience You'll Need

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.

7+ years of product ownership or product management experience.

What Could Set You Apart

Series 7 and 66.

Regulatory Compliance experience.

Agile certifications.

Current INTERNAL Home‑Based Associates While this role is posted as hybrid,

if selected and accepted, you may retain your home‑based status . Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home‑based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on‑site work.

*Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
