Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in mobile, apps, and digital advertising.
Experience working with customers and building relationships with A/B and executive-level stakeholders.
Experience managing customer objections and providing strategic recommendations.
Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions.
Experience meeting or exceeding business goals.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

As a Senior Growth Manager on the AppDev team, you will advise mobile-first companies on marketing strategies using Google products, helping them achieve their business goals while building trusted relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Manage relationships with existing clients and develop an understanding of business objectives, goals, and challenges.
Identify and pursue opportunities within a book of business, prioritize accounts, manage objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Consult with clients to achieve national and international marketing goals using Google’s app advertising solutions.
Provide positive services to clients and design app marketing solutions to drive long-term success.
Compensation The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
