The Director of Business Intelligence leads the enterprise BI strategy for 24 Hour Home Care’s Disability Services division. This role is responsible for building, scaling, and operationalizing analytics, reporting, and data governance that directly support executive, financial, operational, and workforce decision-making. Partnering closely with senior leadership, the Director translates business priorities into trusted insights, scalable dashboards, and shared performance metrics while developing a high-performing BI function. Primary Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise Business Intelligence strategy aligned to organizational goals and executive priorities Translate business objectives into scalable KPIs, analytics frameworks, and standardized reporting across platforms Oversee the design, development, and optimization of dashboards, data models, and automated reporting solutions Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across Power BI, Salesforce, and other core systems Serve as a strategic analytics advisor to executive and cross-functional leaders, delivering clear and actionable insights Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across operational, financial, workforce, and revenue data to drive performance improvement Lead, develop, and scale the BI team while promoting analytics adoption and best practices across the organization This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 3 days per week. Advanced expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data warehousing concepts Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to strategic decisions Executive-level data storytelling and communication skills Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and operationalize analytics at scale Strong stakeholder partnership and cross-functional collaboration skills People leadership and team development capabilities Ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Computer Science, or a related field 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering 5+ years of experience leading analytics teams and enterprise-level initiatives Proven experience building and scaling BI infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting systems Strong experience working with operational and financial data in multi-location or service-based organizations What We Bring To The Table
