Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $112,900 – $188,100. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 15 %, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

The Portfolio Manager is a cross‑functional leader who combines deep technical expertise with strategic portfolio oversight. This role partners with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high‑impact solutions, manage intake and prioritization, and ensure governance across multiple initiatives. The Portfolio Manager authors project documentation and drives continuous improvement while maintaining visibility into portfolio health, compliance, and performance metrics.

This role will also support a large‑scale SAP brownfield transformation, including migration from SAP ECC 617 to SAP S/4HANA, with significant cross‑functional coordination required across engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, data, testing, and release workstreams. A key responsibility will be overseeing the readiness of multiple third‑party integrations that must be assessed, tested, remediated as needed, and transitioned to the AWS cloud as part of the migration.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate portfolio strategy and roadmaps, translating business objectives into executable technical plans while resolving cross‑initiative dependencies, conflicts, and trade‑offs.

Develop business cases with measurable KPIs and benefits; manage budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and corrective actions; present financials and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Govern portfolio intake and prioritization, consolidating demand for engineering teams, resolving priority conflicts, and monitoring intake quality and throughput.

Lead stage‑gate governance for compliance, data security, and regulatory reviews; identify, mitigate, and elevate risks with clear stakeholder communication.

Guide solution approach and execution, participate in sprint ceremonies, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.

Lead requirements definition and validation, acceptance criteria, and functional impact analysis to ensure solutions effectively address business needs.

Partner with engineering, product, finance, and operations to align on scope, delivery timelines, costs, and execution priorities.

Create scalable, automated dashboards and decision artifacts; apply industry best practices and drive continuous improvement through performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience required.

5+ years experience in business analysis, portfolio management, or related roles.

Technical expertise in IT systems, workflows, and data structures.

Experience managing large bodies of work in enterprise environments.

Analytical, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Understanding of MRO or similar industries.

Experience operating in an agile context and influencing senior stakeholders.

Hands‑on experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration programs, preferably in a brownfield model.

Experience managing or coordinating large‑scale integration portfolios with multiple third‑party integrations/interfaces.

Experience coordinating migration dependencies involving AWS cloud infrastructure or application/integration workloads.
