Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL - HYBRID
Salary $50,000 - $70,000 + Uncapped Commissions (1st yr OTE: $75-105K+)

Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking an SDR/BDR to join their go-to-market team. This individual will be responsible for generating outbound pipeline and creating new business opportunities across targeted pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. This role is heavily focused on prospecting, with the majority of time spent cold calling, in addition to email and LinkedIn outreach. You will engage Director-, VP-, and Executive-level stakeholders, introducing a CRM platform that supports field engagement, medical affairs workflows, and customer-facing interactions within a highly regulated environment. The primary objective is to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives to advance through the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is coachable, organized, and confident engaging senior-level decision-makers, while quickly learning how to communicate value within a complex industry. This organization is experiencing strong year-over-year growth and offers significant long-term career advancement, often within the first 18 months. Business Development Representative - Pharma CRM Responsibilities
Prospect via email, phone, and LinkedIn into targeted pharma and biotech accounts
Build and manage a high-quality top-of-funnel pipeline
Conduct account research to understand organizational structures, field teams, and CRM needs
Develop personalized, value-driven outreach messaging tailored to customer pain points
Qualify prospects through discovery-level conversations
Schedule meetings with Director-, VP-, and C-level stakeholders for GTM leadership
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, activity tracking, and follow-up discipline
Partner with leadership on ICP targeting, persona mapping, and messaging refinement
Qualifications
B2B Sales/prospecting experience within a tech-focused environment required
Highly coachable, with a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales organization required
Organized and process-driven with consistent follow-through required
Must be able to work onsite three days per week in Fort Lauderdale, FL
